Returns Policy

We accept returns & exchanges subject to the conditions listed below:

• Items must be returned in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. 
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used for the purchase and will exclude the original delivery charge.
• Please allow 12 working days for your refund to be processed, this will be from the date we receive the returned item/s. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
• We recommend any returns are posted by recorded / tracked / insured delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us, please keep proof of postage.
• Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.
